Delivery Within Pakistan

We currently offer delivery across Pakistan.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Karachi: 1–3 business days
  • Outside Karachi: 4–6 business days

These are estimated delivery times and may vary slightly due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, peak-season demand, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available. Delivery times begin after the order has been handed over to the relevant courier service.

Damaged Packages

We take great care when packaging every order. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us investigate the issue, please provide:

  • Clear photographs/videos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photographs/videos of the product
  • A brief description of the damage

Our team will review the situation and assist you according to our Return & Refund Policy.
